摘要
近年来,我国服务业创新发展的广度有街深度持续增加,创新投入和产出不断提高,制度创新、模式创新与技术创新协同推进。但服务业供给体系有待完善,供给质量还不高,对制造强国建设和人民美好生活需要的支撑保障还不充分,重要原因是服务业的创新能力和水平还不强。在新发展阶段要坚持创新的核心地位,把服务业发展的基础放在创新上,推动制度体系和发展环境系统性优化,营造良好创新环境,增强创新驱动发展动力,以创新特别是现代科技创新促进服务业高质量发展。
In recent years,positive progress has been made in the innovation and development of China’s service industry,innovation input and output have continued to increase,and institutional innovation,model innovation and technological innovation have also been promoted in a coordinated manner.However,the supply system of the service industry needs to be improved,the quality of the supply is not high,and the support and guarantee for the construction of a strong manufacturing country and the people’s need for a better life are not sufficient.The important reason is that the innovation ability and level of the service industry is not strong yet.In the new development stage,we must adhere to the core position of innovation,place the foundation of service industry development on innovation,promote the systematic optimization of the institutional system and development environment,create sound innovation environment,strengthen innovation-driven development momentum,especially modern technological innovation which promotes the high-quality development of the service industry.
