摘要
以可调速掘进机电气控制系统应用为对象开展探究,结合具体工程实际,在分析掘进机可调速电气系统构成的基础上,对变频调速原理做出分析,并对电控系统控制器选型和电控系统组网做出探究,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供帮助和借鉴。
Application of the electrical control system of the speed-adjustable roadheader was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the configuration of the speed-adjustable electrical system of the roadheader,this paper analyzed the principle of variable frequency speed regulation based on the actual engineering practice,and discussed the selection of the controller of the electrical control system and the network of the electrical control system,hoping to provide help and reference for the development of similar pro-jects in other mines.
