超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定沙拉酱中16种喹诺酮类药物残留 被引量:3

摘要 采用Captiva EMR-Lipid技术提取氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星等16种喹诺酮类抗生素,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定沙拉酱中喹诺酮类抗生素的检测方法。结果表明,方法在0.5~200.0 ng·mL^(-1)范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.996 5;加标回收率为72.5%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~7.5%。该方法简单快捷、精密度好、灵敏度高,适用于沙拉酱中喹诺酮类兽药残留的快速确证。 The Captiva EMR-Lipid technology was used to extract 16 kinds of quinolone antibiotics such as ofloxacin and enrofloxacin, and a UPLC-MS/MS detection method was established for the simultaneous determination of quinolone antibiotics in salad dressing. The results showed that the method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~200.0 ng·m L^(-1), and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.996 5;the spiked recovery was 72.5%~104.0%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.3%~7.5%. The method is simple, rapid, precise, and sensitive, and is suitable for the rapid confirmation of quinolone veterinary drug residues in salad dressings.
