摘要
本科生导师制是高等教育教学改革的一项创新,一直备受各高校的推崇,并取得了一定的效果。但部分高校在实施本科生导师制过程中存在与当前的教学管理模式不相适应的情况。通过对实施过程中存在的问题进行客观、全面的分析,并结合当前高校建设双一流的实际情况,提出在高校建设双一流背景下加强本科生导师制的合理化建议,可以为创新人才培养模式改革提供一定的理论支持。
The tutorial system for undergraduate education is an innovation in higher education reform.It has been highly praised by colleges and universities,and has achieved certain effects.However,in implementing the tutorial system for undergraduates,some colleges and universities have run into a situation which is not appropriate for the current teaching management model.Through the objective and comprehensive analysis of the problems in the implementation,combined with the practice in the current double first-class university construction,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to strengthen the undergraduate tutorial system,so as to provide certain theoretical support for the training mode reform of innovative talents.
