摘要
目的分析重组人促红素联合静脉输注蔗糖铁治疗慢性肾衰竭肾性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月我院收治的慢性肾衰竭肾性贫血患者126例,随机分为对照组(n=63)和研究组(n=63)。对照组采用静脉输注蔗糖铁治疗,研究组采用重组人促红素联合静脉输注蔗糖铁治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液学指标、铁代谢指标及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.41%,明显高于对照组的87.30%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)水平均高于治疗前,且研究组的Hb、HCT、SF、TS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率(3.17%vs.7.94%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论重组人促红素联合静脉输注蔗糖铁治疗慢性肾衰竭肾性贫血效果显著,可有效缓解患者的贫血症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with intravenous infusion of iron sucrose in the treatment of renal anemia due to chronic renal failure.Methods 126 patients with renal anemia due to chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=63)and study group(n=63).The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of iron sucrose,and the study group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin combined with intravenous infusion of iron sucrose.The clinical efficacy,hematological indicators,iron metabolism indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.41%,significantly higher than 87.30%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),serum ferritin(SF)and transferrin saturation(TS)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of Hb,HCT,SF and TS in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(3.17%vs.7.94%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Recombinant human erythropoietin combined with intravenous infusion of iron sucrose has significant effect in the treatment of renal anemia due to chronic renal failure,and can effectively alleviate the anemia symptoms of patients with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
