摘要
目的:研究温针灸结合三黄泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡患者的临床效果。方法:选择2017年12月-2020年12月进行消化性溃疡治疗的患者60例,将其按照随机数字表达法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗方法,即给予患者口服枸橼酸铋钾/克拉霉素/替硝唑片及艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗;试验组给予患者温针灸结合三黄泻心汤治疗。两组治疗周期均为4周,治疗结束后评价两组临床疗效及Hp根除率,并对两组胃痛、口干苦、嗳气吞酸、腹胀嘈杂、大便时干时稀等中医症状积分进行评测。结果:试验组临床总有效率和Hp根除率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组胃痛、口干苦、嗳气吞酸、腹胀嘈杂、大便时干时稀等中医症状积分均有不同程度降低,且试验组胃痛、口干苦、嗳气吞酸、腹胀嘈杂、大便时干时稀等中医症状积分明显低于治疗前及同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化性溃疡患者采用温针灸结合三黄泻心汤能够有效治疗患者疾病,改善患者机体与溃疡相关的临床症状,促进胃肠道功能恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 60 patients with peptic ulcer from December 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,that is,with Postassium Citrate/Clarithromycin/Tinidazole Tablets and Eprazole Enteric Coated Tablets;the experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were evaluated,and the TCM symptom scores of stomachache,dry and bitter mouth,belching and acid swallowing,abdominal distension,dry and thin stool were evaluated.Result:The clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the TCM symptom scores of stomachache,dry and bitter mouth,belching and acid swallowing,noisy abdominal distension,and dry and thin stool in the two groups after treatment were reduced to varying degrees,and the TCM symptom scores of stomachache,dry and bitter mouth,belching and acid swallowing,noisy abdominal distension,and dry and thin stool in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group at the same period,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer can effectively treat the disease,regulate the biochemical treatment level related to ulcer,reduce the inflammatory reaction and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of wide application.
