铁路隧道高性能混凝土的研究

摘要 在有限的作业空间内进行混凝土施工,混凝土质量不容易控制,成型后外观质量较差,强度和耐久性都不容易满足设计要求。铁路隧道混凝土还受工程地质、水文地质、结构受力、施工质量和自然环境等因素影响,常会出现裂纹,形成安全隐患。针对铁路隧道高性能混凝土,文章从矿物掺和料对碳化深度的影响,铁路隧道高性能混凝土的工作性调整等方面展开研究,保证铁路隧道施工质量,节约成本。 When concrete construction is carried out in a limited working space,the quality of concrete is not easy to control,the appearance quality after molding is poor,and the strength and durability are not easy to meet the design requirements.Railway tunnel concrete is also affected by factors such as engineering geology,hydrogeology,structural stress,construction quality and natural environment,and cracks often appear,posing safety hazards.Aiming at high-performance concrete for railway tunnels,the article starts research on the influence of mineral admixtures on the carbonation depth and the workability adjustment of high-performance concrete for railway tunnels to ensure the quality of railway tunnel construction and save costs.
