煤矿掘进巷道顶板事故及合理防范方式研究 被引量:1

摘要 为减少煤矿掘进巷道顶板事故的发生,保证煤矿生产安全,分析了煤矿掘进巷道顶板事故发生原因,即当巷道断层之后,由于岩石泥化严重而导致淋水加大,改变了煤层发育特性,顶板松动,在各种力的作用影响下,煤矿矿井变得不稳定,顶板防护作用被弱化。煤矿掘进施工、开采不当或不合理也会使不稳定的岩石层加大离层力,导致出现煤矿掘进巷道顶板事故。提出煤矿掘进巷道顶板事故合理防范方式:应优化掘进巷道断面设计和支护及回采环节,建立安全责任制度,提高施工人员技术能力。 In order to reduce the occurrence tunnel roof accident of coal mine tunneling,and guarantee the coal production safety,the research analyzes the causes of tunnel roof accident of coal mine tunneling.After the fault,the increase of pour water caused by the seriousness of rock argillization changes the characteristics of coal seam development,and the roof is loose.Under the influence of all forces,the coal mine becomes unstable,and the protective effect of roof is weakened.Coal mine tunneling construction and improper exploitation will increase the separation layer force of unstable lithosphere,and cause the tunnel roof accident of coal mine tunneling.Rational precaution methods of tunnel roof accident of coal mine tunneling are proposed,i.e.to optimize the section design and supporting of tunnel cross-section,and recovery link,establish safety responsibility system,and improve the technical ability of the constructors.
