“双高计划”下高职院校“双师型”教师的专业化思考:要素、困境与路径 被引量:10

摘要 “双高计划”背景下,打造高水平双师队伍是建设高水平高职院校的主要任务之一。“双师型”教师队伍专业化发展的核心要素包括以人为本的基本准则、知行合一的本质要求以及全面发展的终极目标。目前,“双师型”教师面临着培养体系不健全、认定标准和聘用制度不完善、身份认同缺失、理论教学能力与实践操作能力失衡等现实困境。从现实困境出发,“双高计划”背景下高职院校“双师型”教师专业化发展路径可以从培养体系、评定制度、动力机制和运行模式等方面进行探索。 under the background of the"Double-high plan",building a high-level double type teacher team is one of the main tasks in building a high-level vocational college.The core elements of the professional development of the"dual-qualification"teacher team include the basic principles of people-oriented,the essential requirement of the unity of knowledge and practice,and the ultimate goal of comprehensive development.At present,"dual-qualification"teachers are still facing real dilemmas,such as imperfect training system,imperfect identification standards and employment system,lack of identity,and imbalance between theoretical teaching ability and guiding practice ability.Proceeding from the real dilemma,the professional development way of the"dual-qualification"teachers in vocational colleges under the background of the"double-high plan"can be explored from the aspects of training system,evaluation system,motivation mechanism and operation mode.
