摘要
目的探讨在2型糖尿病患者的临床干预中对患者的每日进餐饮食顺序进行科学改变、调整的实际效果。方法选择2018年1~12月我院内分泌科收治的104例2型糖尿病患者,将所有患者按照随机均匀抽签分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组52例。对照组患者接受常规方式管理,观察组患者接受进餐饮食顺序的科学改变,比较两组患者的血糖水平以及临床满意度。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床满意度远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者的每日进餐饮食顺序进行科学的调整、改变十分重要,可取得较好的干预效果,患者临床满意度往往较高。
Objective To investigate the actual effect of scientific change and adjustment of daily meal order in clinical intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,104 patients with type 2 diabetes endocrinology were related analysis,all patients were divided into control group and observation group according to uniform random draw grouping,52 cases in each group.The control group received conventional way management,the observation group accepted scientific change of diet order.Two groups of blood glucose level and clinical satisfaction were compared.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose level and the 2 hours postprandial blood glucose level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important to scientifically adjust and change the order of daily meals for patients with type 2 diabetes.Better intervention effects can be achieved,and the clinical satisfaction of patients is often higher.
