摘要
目的评价骨科护理工作中运用护患沟通技巧的价值,为骨科护理提供参考,以促进骨科患者康复。方法选择2018年8月—2019年12月收治住院治疗的患者,总计120例。结合治疗期间护理方法进行随机分组护理,对照组与试验组骨科患者各60例,其中,对照组患者采取骨科常规护理,试验组患者配合护患沟通技巧,比较两组骨科患者的护理满意度以及依从性、情绪评分状况。结果护理干预后满意度比较,试验组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。组间依从性与情绪评分比较,试验组均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论予以骨科患者骨科常规护理的基础上配合护患沟通技巧,可以进一步提高患者的满意度和依从性,稳定患者的心理状况。
Objective To evaluate the value of communication skills between nurses and patients in orthopedic nursing,and to provide reference for orthopedic nursing,so as to promote the rehabilitation of orthopedic patients.Methods A total of 120 hospitalized patients from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The patients in the control group and the experimental group received routine orthopedic care,and the patients in the experimental group cooperated with the nurse patient communication skills to compare the nursing satisfaction,compliance and emotional score of the patients in the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the scores of compliance and emotion,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients’satisfaction and compliance can be further improved and their psychological status can be stabilized on the basis of routine nursing and communication skills.
