摘要
目的:通过网络药理学研究四季青有效成分作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP筛选四季青有效成分及作用靶点,将靶点转化为基因名。用String数据库和Cytoscape3.5.1软件筛选四季青有效成分对应的关键靶点。在DAVID数据库中,对四季青的关键靶点进行GO生物富集分析和KEGG通路分析,并构建四季青有效成分-关键靶点-通路网络图。结果:筛选出四季青有效成分6个。通过Degree值排名前20靶点,在GO生物富集分析中,涉及28个生物学过程,5个细胞组分,6个分子功能;KEGG通路分析中,涉及23条通路,主要涉及相关信号通路,细菌病毒感染通路,细胞凋亡通路等。结论:通过网络药理学对四季青有效成分、关键靶点及通路等进行研究,从而探其发挥作用的物质基础及机制。
Objective:Our study aimed to investigate the mechanism of Sijiqing through network pharmacology.Method:Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP) was used to screen the active components and target of Sijiqing and the target was transformed into gene name.The key targets corresponding to the active components were screened using String database and Cytoscape 3.5.1 software.In DAVID database,GO bioaccumulation analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out on key targets of Sijiqing and the effective components-key target-pathway network diagram was constructed.Result:6 effective components were selected from Sijiqing.The top 20 targets were ranked by degree value.There were 28 biological processes,5 cell components,and 6 molecular functions involved in GO bioaccumulation analysis.KEGG pathway analysis involved 23 pathways,mainly related to signal transduction pathway,bacterial virus infection pathway and apoptosis pathway etc.Conclusion:Through network pharmacology,this study shows effective components,targets,and pathways to explore the material basis and mechanism of Sijiqing.
