摘要
注胶流道、排气道及O型环镶件设计不合理是造成模具使用寿命短、分型面飞边问题的根本原因,为解决传感器聚苯硫醚(PPS)外壳注塑飞边问题,提出了优化模具设计方案,并通过Autodesk Moldflow模流软件分析及生产验证。实验结果表明:该方案能显著提升模具使用寿命,可改善分型面飞边问题,提升产品质量和节约成本,并提高了工厂美誉度和客户满意度。
The unreasonable design of injection channel,exhaust channel and O-ring insert is the root cause of the short service life of the mold and the flash of parting surface.In order to solve the problem of injection flash of sensor PPS shell,an optimized mold design scheme was proposed,which was analyzed and verified by Autodesk Moldflow software.The experimental results show that:the scheme can significantly improve the service life of the mold,improve the parting surface flash problem,improve product quality and save costs,and improve the reputation of the factory and customer satisfaction.
