摘要
目的研究神经外科临床教学中3D打印腰椎穿刺模型的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月—2020年12月期间在本院神经外科见习的66名医学生为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各33例。对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采用3D打印腰椎穿刺模型教学,对比两组教学满意度、教学效果、理论知识成绩及临床操作技能成绩。结果与对照组(75.76%)比较,观察组(96.97%)教育总满意率更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组腰椎穿刺术原理、应用范围、适应证、注意事项和禁忌证等理论知识成绩均更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组消毒步骤、穿刺方式、穿刺点定位、颅内压测定和操作后处理等临床操作技能成绩均更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,临床沟通能力、学习积极性、知识理解度、临床操作技能、临床思维能力提升比例均更高(P<0.05)。结论神经外科临床教学中3D打印腰椎穿刺模型的应用效果显著,可有效提高教学满意度,改善教学效果。
Objective To study the application effect of 3D printing lumbar puncture model in neurosurgery clinical teaching.Methods 66 medical students who were internships in neurosurgery in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopts 3D printing lumbar puncture model teaching,and compares the two groups'teaching satisfaction,teaching effect,theoretical knowledge achievement and clinical operation skill achievement.Results Compared with the control group(75.76%),the observation group(96.97%)had a higher education satisfaction rate(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group was lumbar puncture in principle,scope of application,indications,precautions and contraindications The scores of theoretical knowledge such as syndromes were higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in clinical operation skills such as disinfection steps,puncture methods,puncture point positioning,intracranial pressure measurement,and post-operation processing(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the improvement ratio of clinical communication ability,learning enthusiasm,knowledge understanding,clinical operation skills,and clinical thinking ability was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of 3D printing lumbar puncture model in neurosurgery clinical teaching is significant,which can effectively improve teaching satisfaction and improve teaching effect.
