摘要
将药物的合成与结构鉴定结合起来,设计了那格列奈的合成与鉴定综合实验。通过缩合、水解反应制备得到那格列奈,利用数字熔点仪、紫外光谱仪、红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪、高分辨质谱仪等仪器对那格列奈的结构进行了解析与鉴定。该实验项目涵盖知识点较多,有利于培养学生的综合科研实验素质,能够为今后的毕业设计及后续的科学研究工作创造条件。
The comprehensive experiment of synthesis and identification of Nateglinide is designed by combining the medical synthesis and structure identification. Nateglinide is obtained by preparation of condensation and hydrolysis. The structure of Nateglinide is analyzed and identified by the digital melting point analyzer, ultraviolet spectrometer, infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and high resolution mass spectrometer. The experimental project covers more knowledge points, which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive scientific research experimental quality, and can create conditions for the future graduation project and subsequent scientific research work.
