基于分时按序配送的商用车物流模式优化研究

摘要 在商用车总装车间零部件全价值物流供应链过程中,因为零部件的多样化、差异化、个性化及频换切换试装等瓶颈原因,会导致零部件的现场定置问题多、零部件找料困难、零部件配送清单杂乱、零部件溢出积压成本高等物流整体效率不合理现象。通过对零部件的尺寸、时间、包装、计划模式、装配工位等物流属性的研究,使用分时、分批、按序的商用车分时缓存模式,能够有效利用较小的场地,高效率地完成商用车零部件物流的精准配送。 In the process of the full-value logistics supply chain of parts and components in the commercial vehicle assembly workshop,due to bottlenecks such as diversification,differentiation,individualization,and frequent switching and trial assembly of parts and components,there will be many and zero problems in the on-site positioning of parts and components.The overall efficiency of logistics is unreasonable,such as difficulty in finding materials for parts,messy parts distribution list,and high cost of spare parts overflow.According to the research on the size,time,packaging,planning mode,assembly station and other logistics attributes of parts and components,the use of time-sharing,batch-wise,and sequential commercial vehicle timesharing buffering modes can effectively use smaller spaces and achieve high efficiency To complete the precise distribution of commercial vehicle parts logistics.
