摘要
为了能够有效地控制大功率往复式压缩机的噪声,将有限元和边界元理论相结合,采用仿真软件Virtual.Lab,对大功率往复式压缩机进行辐射声场计算,通过仿真分析和数据处理,研究压缩机的噪声特性,确定其辐射噪声较大位置以及产生原因,并通过试验测试结果对模拟结果进行验证。分析结果表明:压缩机气缸处噪声值较大,确认气动噪声为主要声源,压缩机噪声显著频段为中心频率在125 Hz以内的1/3倍频带,且呈明显低频特性。研究结果可为针对性地对压缩机的降噪设计提供参考。
In order to effectively control the noise of high-power reciprocating compressors,the radiation sound field of the high-power reciprocating compressors is calculated based on the finite element and boundary element methods using the simulation software Virtual.Lab.Through simulation analysis and data processing,the noise characteristics of the compressor are studied and the location and cause of the larger radiation noises are determined.And the simulation results are verified by test results.The analysis results show that the noise value at the compressor cylinder is large,and the aerodyna mic noise is confirmed as the main sound source.The significant frequency band of the compressor noise is the 1/3 octave band with the center frequency within 125 Hz,and it has obvious low frequency characteristics.The research results provide a reference for the noise reduction design of the compressors.
