节能减排和资源综合利用是钢铁企业发展的重大战略任务。为提高资源综合利用率和能源热功转换率,推进企业能源结构的战略调整,钢铁企业应充分利用高炉煤气、转炉煤气,采用高温超高压发电技术,替代常规次高温次高压发电技术和高温高压发电技术,通过对钢厂分散煤气进行集中,增加每标立方煤气发电量,提高能源利用率,降低钢铁厂的能耗。
