摘要
基坑开挖卸载时,周边建筑物会产生附加变形,从而影响结构安全。为研究如何在开挖前对附加变形值进行模拟、建筑物哪些部位最为薄弱,本文利用二维弹塑性有限元分析方法,模拟计算了生命科学与创新创业大楼深基坑分区施工对基坑周边建筑物的附加变形值;并根据监测数据,推定出了周边建筑物的附加变形值,与模拟计算值进行了对比。结果发现:根据推定出的附加变形值,发现基坑周边建筑物在开挖期间所产生的附加变形整体趋势为向下沉降;基坑周边建筑物在基坑中隔墙处和房屋转角处产生的附加变形最大,应采取措施重点保护。实际附加变形情况与计算模拟值基本吻合,说明该计算方法合理、可行。
When the foundation pit is excavated and unloaded, the surrounding buildings will produce additional deformation, which will affect the structural safety. In order to study how to simulate the additional deformation value before excavation and which part of the building is the weakest, the two-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element analysis method is adopted in this article to simulate and calculate the additional deformation value of the buildings around the deep foundation pit producedby thepartition constructionof deep foundation pit in life science and innovation and entrepreneurship building. According to the monitoring data, the additional deformation value of the surrounding buildings is deduced and compared with the simulation value. The results show that according to the estimated additional deformation value, it is found that the overall trend of the additional deformation of the buildings around the foundation pit during excavation is downward settlement;The additional deformation of the buildings around the foundation pit is the largest at the partition wall and the corner of the building, so measures should be taken to focus on protection.The actual additional deformation is basically consistent with the calculated value, which shows that the calculation method is reasonable and feasible.
