摘要 针对我国风力发电机齿轮箱状态监测与故障诊断发展的实际需要,利用温度采集技术和虚拟仪器技术,专为传动系统的状态监测提供了一套应用解决方案。建立了传动系统模拟装置,模拟了风力发电机齿轮箱的工作状态。研制了基于温度信号的在线监测装置,设计了基于AD590温度传感器的多路信号采集电路,并采用Labview进行软件编程。使用基于温度信号的在线监测装置对传动系统模拟装置进行了温度信号采集,实验结果表明,在线监测装置可以实现对传动系统的在线状态监测,为实验室条件下传动系统状态监测与故障诊断技术的研究提供了有效的技术支持。 For practical need of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearbox in China,an application solution is proposed for condition monitoring of transmission system,which is based on temperature acquisition technology and virtual instrument technology.The simulation device for transmission system is established,which is used to simulate the working state of wind turbine gearbox.A temperature based on-line monitoring device is developed,in which a multi-channel signal acquisition circuit is designed based on AD590 temperature sensor,and Labview is used for software programming.The temperature of transmission system is monitored by temperature based on-line monitoring device,and the performance of on-line monitoring device is verified by experimental results,by which effective technical support is provided for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of transmission system under laboratory condition.
