摘要
利用溴乙酸对氧化石墨烯进行改性,制备了羧基化石墨烯,并通过红外光谱表征其基本结构;然后以壳聚糖为基质,羧基化石墨烯为填料,通过溶液共混法制备羧基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合皮革涂饰剂。研究结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:在30℃下反应5 h,控制反应pH值为3,所得复合材料分散性最佳,其zeta电位为60.8 mV,粒径分布系数为0.179。羧基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合涂饰剂可显著提高成品革物理机械性能,耐磨耗可提升至4级,耐干擦提升至5级,耐湿擦提升至4-5级。
Carboxylated graphene was prepared by carboxylation of graphene oxide with bromoacetic acid,and the structure of product was characterized by FT-IR.Then,the carboxylated graphene/chitosan composite leather finishing agent,with chitosan as matrix and carboxylated graphene powder as filler,was prepared by solution blending method.The results showed that the optimum preparation process was as follows:when the pH value was 3 and reaction at 30℃for 5h,the composites had the best dispersibility,with zeta potential of 60.8 mV and particle distribution coefficient of 0.179.The carboxylated graphene/chitosan composite finishing agent can significantly improve the physical mechanical properties of leather.The wear resistance can be increased to level 4,the dry/wet rub resistance can be increased to level 5 and level 4-5.
