Effect of Rare Earth La on Microstructure and Properties of Cu-Sn Alloy by Upcasting

摘要 为研究La对上引连铸铜合金组织性能的影响,上引连铸制得Cu-Sn合金和Cu-Sn-La合金铸锭。借助金相显微镜、拉伸试验机、洛氏硬度计、导电仪、能谱仪和光谱仪测试铜合金的组织、力学性能、导电性能和元素含量。结果表明,La添加量0.03%时,Cu-Sn合金组织无明显变化,抗拉强度增加不明显,杂质含量降低0.0167%,导电率有轻微增加;添加量达到0.07%时,柱状晶转变为等轴晶,晶粒直径减小到0.58 mm,抗拉强度增加14.8%,杂质含量降低0.0228%,导电率增加2.27%;上引连铸Cu-0.58Sn-0.07La合金杆坯中Sn元素存在宏观偏析,添加La含量较少时,La主要起净化铜液的作用,没有与Cu形成富La相。 In order to study the effect of rare earth La on microstructure and properties of copper alloy by upcasting,Cu-Sn alloy and Cu-Sn-La alloy were prepared.The microstructure,mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and element content of copper alloy were tested by metallographic microscope,tensile testing machine,Rockwell hardness tester,conductivity meter,energy dispersive spectrometer and direct reading spectrometer.The results show that:with the addition of 0.03%La,the microstructure of Cu-Sn alloy had no obvious change,the tensile strength was not increased obviously,the impurity content was reduced by 0.0167%,and the electrical conductivity was slightly increased;when the content of La reached 0.07%,the columnar crystal transformed into equiaxed crystal,the grain diameter decreased to 0.58 mm,the tensile strength increased by 14.8%,the impurity content decreased by 0.0228%,and the conductivity increased by 2.27%.There is macro segregation of Sn in Cu-0.58 Sn-0.07 La alloy rod billet by upcasting.When the content of La is small,the rare earth La mainly plays the role of purifying copper liquid and does not form La rich phase with Cu.
