摘要
目的探讨情景模拟培训联合参与式反馈法在急诊创伤救治培训中的应用。方法采用便利抽样法选择我院急诊科护士40名作为研究对象。其中2019年1月-6月为对照组,采用传统教学培训;2019年7月-12月为干预组,采用情景模拟培训联合参与式反馈法。比较培训前后2组护士理论与操作成绩、临床思维能力和培训满意度差异。结果干预组护士理论成绩和操作成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);临床思维能力高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护士对教学成果满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟培训联合参与式反馈法可显著提高急诊护士在急诊创伤救治中的救治效率,提高护士急救素质。
Objective To investigate the effect of the scenario simulation training combined with the participatory feedback method applied in the emergency trauma treatment training.Methods A toatal of 40 emergency nurses were selected as the research subjects.Among them,the nurses from January to June 2019 were enrolled into the control group,receiving the traditional training.While the nurses from July to December were enrolled into the intervention group,and they were trained with the scenario simulation training combined with the participatory feedback method.The differences in the theoretical and operational performance,clinical thinking ability and training satisfaction of the two groups before and after training were compared.Results The theoretical and operational performances of the nurses in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nurses’satisfaction with teaching results of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The scenario simulation training combined with the participatory feedback method can significantly improve the efficiency of emergency nurses in emergency trauma treatment and improve nurses’first aid quality.
