摘要
以青梗菜(上海青)为试验材料,采用大田试验方式,研究了新型植物免疫激活蛋白维大力(VDAL)4500倍稀释液和9000倍稀释液2个浓度单独施用,以及分别与芸苔素内酯、寡雄腐霉、氨基寡糖素混配对青梗菜生长的影响效果。结果表明:VDAL原粉4500倍稀释液和9000倍稀释液单独使用对青梗菜均有明显的壮苗和增产效果,其中VDAL原粉4500倍稀释液的青梗菜产量明显高于9000倍稀释液。VDAL原粉4500倍稀释液和9000倍稀释液分别与寡雄腐霉、氨基寡糖素、芸苔素内酯混用时,较其单独使用,对青梗菜的壮苗、增产效果降低,甚至对某些指标出现明显的减效作用。在青梗菜生产中,推荐使用VDAL原粉4500倍稀释液。
Taking green cabbage variety Shanghaiqing as the experimental material,the effects of two concentrations of novel plant immune activating protein VDAL(4500 times dilution and 9000 times dilution)and mixed with brassinolactone,Pythium oligandrum and amino-oligosaccharin on the growth of green cabbage was studied.The results showed that VDAL powder diluted by 4500 times and 9000 times had obvious effect on strengthening seedlings and increasing yield,the yield of 4500 times dilution was significantly higher than that of 9000 times dilution.When 4500 times and 9000 times dilution of VDAL powder were mixed with P.oligandrum,amino-oligosaccharin and brassinolide,the effects of strengthening seedling and increasing yield of green cabbage was lower than that of the single use of VDAL,and even some indexes obviously reduced.4500 times dilution of VDAL powder is recommended in the production of green cabbage.
