摘要
依据相似理论,以俄罗斯莫喀高铁为设计原型,搭建由高速列车驱动系统、隧道模型、温度调控系统和测试系统4部分组成的寒区隧道温度场模型试验台,分析隧道内无列车运行和有列车运行时的寒区隧道温度场变化规律;依据流函数叠加与热平衡原理推导控制方程,提出1种新型的空气幕保温措施;以京张高铁正盘台隧道为算例,利用有限元软件模拟验证控制方程的准确性,优化空气幕的喷射角度,论证空气幕防寒保温措施的效果。结果表明:外界温度每降低5℃,隧道负温区长度约增加77 m;围岩温度每增加5℃,负温区长度约减少131 m;浅埋隧道应全段设防,深埋隧道洞口段必须设防;寒区隧道中列车运行间隔时间小于15 min时,应增加设防长度;采用空气幕保温措施时,空气幕最优喷射角度为30°~40°;在自然风速2 m·s^(-1)、外界温度-10℃、围岩温度5℃、计算时长30 d的条件下,洞口安装1台空气幕可使洞壁温度达到0.53℃,比未安装空气幕时温度提高9.03℃,基本消除隧道内的冻害现象。
Based on the similarity theory,a temperature field model test bed for cold region tunnel was built based on the design prototype of the high-speed railway from Moscow to Kazan in Russia,which consisted of four parts:high-speed train driving system,tunnel model,temperature control system and test system.The model test bed was used to analyze the variation rule of temperature field in cold region tunnel with or without train running in the tunnel.According to the principle of flow function superposition and heat balance,the control equation was derived,and a new type of air curtain insulation measure was proposed.Taking Zhengpantai tunnel of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway as an example,finite element software was used to simulate and verify the accuracy of the control equation,optimize the jet angle of the air curtain and demonstrate the effect of the air curtain’s cold proof and heat preservation measures.Results show that when the external temperature decreases by 5℃,the length of the negative temperature zone of the tunnel increases by about 77 m.When the temperature of surrounding rock increases by 5℃,the length of negative temperature zone decreases by about 131 m.All the sections of shallow tunnels should be covered with insulation layer,and the entrance sections of the deep tunnel must be covered with insulation layer.When the train running interval in cold tunnel is less than 15 min,the length of insulation layer should be increased.When air curtain insulation measures are adopted,the optimal jet angle of the air curtain is 30°~40°.Under the conditions of the natural wind speed of 2 m·s-1,the external temperature of-10℃,the surrounding rock temperature of 5℃and the calculation time of 30 d,the temperature of tunnel wall can reach 0.53℃by installing an air curtain at the entrance,which is 9.03℃higher than that without air curtain.The freezing damage is basically eliminated in the tunnel.
