纤维增强黏弹性阻尼材料与约束阻尼聚脲涂层抗冲击性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 黏弹性阻尼材料作为一种优异的吸能高分子材料,被广泛应用于各类减振耗能结构中,但材料的力学性能相对较低,无法承受较大荷载.为提高黏弹性阻尼材料的力学性能,以青岛理工大学功能材料研究所自主研发的Qtech系列黏弹性阻尼材料为基础,采用纤维增强的方式,将碳纤维粉加入到材料中,合成纤维增强黏弹性阻尼材料.研究表明,相比传统黏弹性阻尼材料,纤维增强黏弹性阻尼材料的抗拉强度、撕裂强度分别提高82.56%和116.41%;基于约束阻尼理论,将喷涂聚脲弹性体涂层作为约束层附着于黏弹性阻尼材料表面,与基材形成约束阻尼结构,提高结构抗冲击性能.采用落球冲击试验对抗冲击结构进行冲击测试,试验表明,相比等厚度阻尼防护涂层,纤维增强涂层与约束阻尼抗冲击层都使钢板表面变形大大减小,钢板抗冲击性能明显提高. As an energy-absorbing polymer material,viscoelastic materials are adopted for various types of damping structures and energy dissipation structures.However,due to its viscoelastic properties,the mechanical properties are relatively low and cannot withstand heavy loads.In order to improve the mechanical properties of viscoelastic damping materials,based on the Qtech viscoelastic materials independently developed by the Research Institute of Functional Materials of Qingdao University of Technology,carbon fiber powder is added to the material to synthesize a fiber reinforced viscoelastic material.The results show that compared with viscoelastic damping material,the tensile strength and tear strength of the fiber reinforced viscoelastic damping material is increased by 82.56%and 116.41%,respectively.Based on the constrained layer damping theory,the spray polyurea elastomer coating is utilized as the constraining layer.The constrained layer damping structure is formed with the viscoelastic material and the substrate to improve the impact resistance of the structure.The ball impact test is employed to test the structure.The experiment shows that compared with the equal thickness damping layer protective coating,the fiber reinforced coating and the constrained layer greatly reduce the surface deformation of the steel plate,and the impact resistance of the steel plate is significantly improved.
