摘要 目的探究麻醉学学生临床实习中多模式融合教学法的效果及对带教质量的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月麻醉学临床实习学生30名,根据教学方案的不同,将30名学生分为以下两个小组。比对组15例:开展传统教学模式;探析组15例:实施多模式融合教学法:比对不同教学模式对麻醉学学生临床实习的理论知识、实践操作能力、教学质量、综合能力以及教学满意度方面的差异性。结果探析组学生的理论知识与实践能力操作评分高于比对组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组教学质量理想率93.33%高于比对组教学质量理想率53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组学生的学习积极性、思维能力、团队协作意识、创新能力、临床应变能力、急救现场心理以及归纳能力评分高于比对组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组教学满意度93.33%高于比对组的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉学临床实习中开展多模式融合教学法可有效提高学生的理论知识掌握程度与实践操作能力,还可构建良好的师生关系,提升其综合个人能力,进一步保证教学质量与效果,符合临床教学需求。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-mode fusion teaching method in clinical practice of anesthesiology students and its influence on teaching quality.Methods 30 anesthesiology clinical practice students were selected from September 2019 to September 2020.According to different teaching programs,the 30 students were divided into the following two groups.Comparison group(15 cases):traditional teaching mode;To explore the 15 cases in the group:the implementation of multi-mode integrated teaching method:to compare the differences of different teaching modes on the theoretical knowledge,practical operation ability,teaching quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of anesthesiology students in clinical practice.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students in the analysis group were higher than those in the comparison group,and there was a difference(P<0.05).The ideal rate of teaching quality in the analysis group was 93.33%higher than that in the comparison group(53.33%),and there was a difference between them(P<0.05).The scores of students in the analysis group were higher than those in the comparison group in terms of learning enthusiasm,thinking ability,teamwork awareness,innovation ability,clinical response ability,first-aid on-site psychology and induction ability,and there was a difference between the comparison group and the comparison group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the analysis group(93.33%)was higher than that of the comparison group(53.33%),and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice of anesthesiology,multi-mode integrated teaching method can effectively improve students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical ability,build a good teacher-student relationship,improve their comprehensive personal ability,and further ensure the quality and effect of teaching.It meets the needs of clinical teaching.
