摘要 目的评价Sandwich教学法在临床肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月期间于医院临床实习医学生共73例设为研究对象,开展对比性临床教学研究。将2018年1—12月期间实习36名医学生设为对照组,2019年1—12月期间实习37名医学生设为研究组。对照组开展常规临床教学,研究组开展Sandwich教学法。对比两组临床教学效果及教学评价差异。结果两组实习医学生入科考核成绩对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;经临床带教后,两组医学生出科成绩较入科时均有明显提升,研究组各项出科成绩较对照组提升更为显著,且研究组教学评价结果明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论Sandwich教学法在临床肿瘤教学中的应用,可实现对医学生临床综合诊疗技能及理论知识掌握情况的有效提升,完善教学措施,积极改善教学质量,应用效果显著。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of Sandwich teaching method in clinical oncology teaching.Methods A total of 73 clinical interns in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects to carry out comparative clinical teaching research.36 medical students who practiced from January to December 2018 were set as control group,and 37 medical students who practiced from January to December 2019 were set as research group.The control group carried out routine clinical teaching while the research group carried out Sandwich teaching method.The difference of clinical teaching effect and teaching evaluation between the two groups was compared.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the examination results of internship medical students,P>0.05.After clinical teaching,the scores of the two groups of medical students have been significantly improved compared with those of the control group.the scores of the research group in various subjects have been significantly improved compared with that of the control group,and the teaching evaluation results of the research group are significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of Sandwich teaching method in clinical oncology teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment skills and theoretical knowledge of medical students,perfect teaching measures,actively improve teaching quality,and achieve remarkable application effect.
