基于STM32的氨气检测系统的设计

摘要 为了满足工业上对氨气精准检测的需求,设计了一种基于STM32的氨气检测系统,利用基于可调谐二极管激光光谱吸收技术(TDLAS)的气体检测传感器,配合高稳定性抽气泵和高精度流量计,以STM32C8T6为主控芯片,设计了供电电路、传感器控制电路、电磁阀控制电路、抽气泵控制电路等。通过对已知浓度氨气测量,得到相应的测量数据,误差范围合理,能够采集到完整的数据曲线,实验结果证明硬件选型合适,软件程序运行正常。 In order to meet the requirements of industry of ammonia accurate detection,designs an ammonia detection system based on STM32,based on tunable diode laser absorption spectrum technology(TDLAS)gas detection sensors,pump with high stability and high precision meter,STM32C8T6 as main control chip,designed the power supply circuit,sensors,control circuit,electromagnetic valve control and pump control circuit,etc.Through the known concentration of ammonia gas measurement,get the corresponding measurement data,the error range is reasonable,can collect a complete data curve,the experimental results prove that the hardware selection is appropriate,the software program runs normally.
