摘要
井下平面直线往返式有轨运输系统远程自动控制的研究与应用,是以某矿业公司井下平面机车运输为背景,分析直线往返式平面机车有轨运输系统远程自动控制需要面临的问题,提出系统方案和技术改造措施,围绕车载系统、硬件设施、网络通讯系统、牵引变电系统、电动转辙机控制系统、门禁系统、自动装卸载系统、远程自动控制及监控系统进行研究与分析,以先进性、可靠性、经济性为原则,提高运输效率、降低人力成本、减少了安全风险,不断提升自动化控制水平,为平面运输机车远程自动控制提供理论指导及积累实践经验。
The research and application of the remote automatic control of the underground plane and straight-line round-trip rail transportation system is based on the underground plane locomotive transportation of a mining company.This paper analyzes the problems that the remote automatic control of the underground plane and straight-line round-trip rail transportation system needs to face,and puts forward the system scheme and technical transformation measures Research and analysis of traction substation system,electric switch control system,access control system,automatic loading and unloading system,remote automatic control and monitor system are carried out.With advanced,reliable and economical principles,the transportation efficiency,manpower cost,safety risk and safety level are continuously improved.It provides theoretical guidance and practical experience for the remote automatic control of plane transport locomotive.
