摘要
随着社会工业的高速发展,生产制造中对金属材料的使用要求不断提高,随之对金属材料属性有着重大影响的热处理工艺应用而生,且使用范围越来越广泛。热处理工艺可以有效提升材料性能,增加其稳定性,对热处理中变形的有效控制,可更加有效满足多样化应用需求,不仅可以提升中国的金属行业生产能力、产品质量,还在一定程度上推动相关企业的快速健康的发展。因此,本文着重解决对热处理中引起材料变形的影响因素分析及相应的控制措施。
With the rapid development of social industry,the use of metal materials in production and manufacturing requirements continue to improve,followed by metal material properties have a significant impact on the application of heat treatment process,and more and more widely used.Heat treatment process can effectively improve material properties,increase its stability,effectively control the deformation during heat treatment,and more effectively meet the needs of diversified applications.It can not only enhance the production capacity and product quality of China's metal industry,also in a certain extent to promote the rapid and healthy development of related enterprises.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the factors that cause material deformation during heat treatment and the corresponding control strategies.
