摘要
肠梗阻是外科常见急腹症之一,典型症状是呕吐、腹痛、腹胀伴肛门停止排便排气,病因复杂,病程和转归各异,且易出现各种变证。于庆生教授将肠梗阻分为痞结期、瘀结期、疽结期、恢复期,分别应用通腑润下、行气活血,通里攻下、清热解毒,外科手术以及健脾益气、养阴润肠等辨证治疗;同时辨证予以中药敷脐、中药灌肠、针灸等中医外治法等综合治疗,提高治疗效果,缩短病程,降低复发率及死亡率。
Intestinal obstruction is one of the common acute abdomen in surgery.The typical symptoms are vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension with anus to stop defecation and gas.The etiology is complicated,the course and outcome of the disease are different,and various changes are prone to occur.Professor Yu Qingsheng divided the intestinal obstruction into the retained mass period,stasis period,gangrene period,and recovery period.They were used to moisturize the internal organs,promote qi and blood circulation,relieve internal energy,clear away heat and detoxify,surgical operation,invigorating spleen and Qi,nourishing Yin and moistening intestine At the same time,the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine such as umbilical application,Enema,acupuncture and so on can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the course of disease,reduce the recurrence rate and mortality rate.
