摘要
采用先乳化后改性的方式制备水性环氧树脂(waterborne epoxy resin,WER)/丁苯橡胶(styrene-butadiene rubber,SBR)复合改性乳化沥青,通过室内试验分析筛上剩余量、储存稳定性、蒸发残留物三大指标、布氏黏度研究不同水性环氧树脂掺量对复合改性乳化沥青性能的影响,并采用荧光显微镜对复合改性乳化沥青的改性机理进行分析。试验结果表明:随着水性环氧树脂掺量的增加,乳液的筛上剩余量呈上升趋势,储存稳定性先下降后上升,当水性环氧树脂掺量为4%,乳液的储存稳定性达到最低;蒸发残留物针入度逐渐降低,软化点逐渐提高,5℃延度先上升后下降,布氏黏度显著提高,高低温性能有所提高;荧光分析显示:3.5%SBR+4%WER的复合掺量下,形成致密的三维网络骨架结构。
Waterborne epoxy resin(WER)/styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)was prepared by emulsification followed by modification.The influence of different amount of water-borne epoxy resin on the performance of composite modified emulsified asphalt was studied by laboratory test analysis of the three indicators of sieve residue,storage stability,evaporation residue and Brinell viscosity.The modification mechanism of composite modified emulsified asphalt was analyzed by fluorescence microscope.The results show that with the increase of waterborne epoxy resin content,the residual sieve of emulsion shows an upward trend,and the storage stability first decreases and then increases.When the waterborne epoxy resin content is 4%,the storage stability of emulsion reaches the minimum.The penetration degree of evaporation residue gradually decreases,and the softening point gradually increases.The 5℃ductility first increases and then decreases,and the Brinell viscosity significantly increases,and the high and low temperature properties are improved to some extent.Fluorescence analysis shows that the dense 3 D network framework structure was formed by the composite mixing of 3.5%SBR+4%WER.
