摘要
新时代高职学生存在着人文知识不足、人文能力不强、人文精神不高等问题,其主要原因在于高职教育更重视专业知识与技能而片面理解人才培养目标,对人文素质与就业的正确关系认识上存在误区,未能较好地理顺高职人文素质教育课程与专业教育课程的关系。新时代高职院校应凝聚各方面合力,汇聚各层面资源,使高职人文素质教育更好地满足学生的成长诉求,更好地适应经济社会发展需求,更好地实现新时代高职教育的发展目标。
In the new era,higher vocational students have problems such as insufficient humanistic knowledge,weak humanistic ability,and low humanistic spirit.The main reason is that higher vocational education pays more attention to professional knowledge and skills while understanding one-sidedly talent training goals.There is a misunderstanding of the correct relationship between humanistic quality and employment.Meanwhile,higher vocational humanities quality education courses and professional education courses have not been properly straightened out.In the new era,higher vocational colleges should consolidate all aspects and resources,so that higher vocational humanities quality education can better meet the growing demands of students,better meet the needs of economic and social development,and better realize higher vocational education in the new era development goals.
