摘要
近年来,随着我国高等教育的不断发展高校毕业生人数逐年稳步增加,加之受到新冠疫情的影响,大学生就业难问题备受关注。如何提升大学生可就业能力是解决目前高校毕业生就业的关键,而长期以来,在这方面缺少相关的研究和关注。在“三全育人”综合改革工作的背景下,文章通过梳理职业自我概念、可就业能力、积极情绪的概念内涵,建构了一个有调节的模型,分析结果表明大学生职业自我概念会对可就业能力产生正向影响,同时当积极情绪调节的时候,这种影响会增强。文章基于“三全育人”视角,为全“员”、全“程”、全“方位”培养大学生可就业能力提供意见、建议,提出提高就业能力的培养模式,不断提升大学生的可就业能力。
In recent years,with the higher education and development of China,the population of college graduates steadily increases year by year and the problem of difficulties in their employment is paid much attention to.At present,it is the key to solve the problem above mentioned to improve their employability.However,there is seldom relevant research and attention on it.In the comprehensive reform of"Three Whole Education",this paper combs the connotations of vocational self-concept,employability and positive emotion and builds a regulation model.According to the analysis results,it is found that college students'vocational self-concept can produce positive influences on their employability,which will increase with the regulation of positive emotion.This paper puts forward suggestions on cultivation of college students'employability from the perspective of"Three Whole Education":all-member education,"whole-course education"and"all-round education"as well as the cultivating mode of employability improvement so as to continuously improve college students’employability.
