摘要
医院后勤管理是确保医院医疗工作正常运转的重要支撑,良好的医院后勤服务可以让医护人员有舒适便捷的工作环境,是患者恢复健康最根本的基础条件,同时也可为医院的某些方面提供科学的宏观管理依据与措施。为了提高医院后勤管理水平,该文分析了目前医院后勤管理的现状,从后勤人才引进、人力培养、后勤成本控制、后勤主动服务意识、后勤社会化管理及后勤文化氛围培养等方面阐述了提高医院后勤管理的方法,并取得了显著成效。
Hospital logistics management is an important support to ensure the normal operation of hospital medical work.Good hospital logistics services can provide medical staff with a comfortable and convenient working environment.It is the most basic condition for patients to restore their health.It can also provide certain aspects of the hospital of scientific macro management basis and measures.In order to improve the level of hospital logistics management,this article analyzes the current status of hospital logistics management,from the introduction of logistics talents,manpower training,logistics cost control,logistics active service awareness,logistics socialized management and logistics cultural atmosphere training,etc.management methods and achieved remarkable results.
