摘要
对公轨双层共管隧道发生火灾时,机动车和轨道列车人员疏散方式进行分析,以济南黄河公轨双层共管合建隧道为例,分别对阻塞工况下公路层火灾和被迫停于隧道内的列车火灾疏散口间距设置的合理性进行安全评估,发现人员均能在可用安全疏散时间内安全疏散。提出了公轨双层共管合建隧道疏散措施及建议,可采用消防联动措施减少报警及人员响应时间;公路层隧道可通过监控抓拍减少事故次数和控制行车间距减轻阻塞状态;轨道层隧道应在列车停车前便向火源上游疏散,利用道床疏散减缓人员拥堵。
This paper analyzes the evacuation methods for cars and railroad trains when a fire breaks out in a condo tunnel on the second floor of a public railway.Taking the second floor condominium tunnel of Jinan Yellow River Public Railway as an example,it is confirmed that all personnel can safely evacuate within the safe evacuation time by analyzing the fire and underground parking traffic congestion on the highway floor and evaluating the rationality of the distance between the train fire evacuation section in the tunnel.The evacuation measures and proposals for public railroad double-story condominium tunnels are put forward,and fire-fighting measures can be used to reduce alarm and personnel response times.For highway tunnel,accidents can be reduced and the traffic intervals can be controlled to relieve the congestion conditions through monitoring and capture.Track layer tunnels should be evacuated to the top of the fire source before the train stops,and track beds should be used to relieve crowding of people.
