摘要
社团活动是提升大学生综合素质的实践行动,是高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务和促进大学生全面发展的重要载体。但当前对大学生社团活动存在过度关注"交际拓展"而淡化"能力提升"的价值定位偏移。以社团活动为载体实现立德树人的教育任务,需要在阐释将"能力提升"作为大学生社团活动的本体性价值之意涵结构基础上,强调大学生在社团活动中自我认知水平的提升和反思批判能力的运用,增强社团管理者"活动育人顶层设计师"的角色意识,以促进社团活动的价值定位从"交际拓展"到"能力提升"的深化演进。
The association activities are the practical action to improve the comprehensive quality of college students and the important carrier for universities to implement moral education and promote the all-round development of college students.However,there is a deviation in the value orientation of paying too much attention to“communication expansion”while neglecting“ability improvement”in college students’association activities.In order to realize the educational task of building morality and cultivating people through association activities,it is necessary to emphasize the improvement of college students*self cognition level and the application of reflective critical ability in association activities on the basis of explaining the meaning structure of“ability improvement”as the ontological value of college students’association activities,and cultivate the role consciousness of“top designer of activity education”of association managers so as to achieve the further development of the value orientation of association activities from“communication expansion”to“ability improvement”.
