摘要
目的研究石斛养胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃功能及血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取门诊部2015年3月—2019年3月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例给予胶体果胶铋干混悬剂、阿莫西林胶囊治疗,试验组40例在此基础上联合石斛养胃汤治疗。2周为一个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较治疗前后2组患者的中医症状积分、胃功能指标、血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平及血清炎性因子水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者食欲不振、腹痛、贫血中医症状积分、血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;胃功能指标、血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论石斛养胃汤联合胶体果胶铋干混悬剂可显著减轻慢性萎缩性胃炎患者消化不良等临床症状,改善胃功能,抑制炎症反应。
Objective To study the effect of Shihu Yangwei decoction on gastric function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with colloidal bismuth pectin granules and amoxicillin capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Shihu Yangwei decoction on this basis.Two weeks was a course of treatment,two groups were treated for two courses.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,gastric function index of serum G-17,PGⅠ,PGⅡlevel and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines was compared.Results Compared with before treatment,anorexia,abdominal pain,anemia traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-αlevels of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the levels of serum G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡin the treatment group were higher than control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shihu Yangwei decoction combined with colloidal bismuth pectin suspension can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,improve gastric function and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
