化学法激发长英岩粉胶凝活性的实验研究

Experimental Investigation on Improving Cementitious Activity of Feldspar Powder by Chemical Methods

摘要 长英岩是一种富含硅铝的天然材料,为使其可用作混凝土掺合料,采用碱性药剂作为长英岩粉的活性激发剂,并以活性指数和胶砂试样的力学性能为指标,评价不同激发剂对长英岩粉的激发效果.CaO掺量在14.3%~33.3%范围时,长英岩粉的活性指数和胶砂试样的抗压及抗折强度随其掺量的增加而降低,当CaO掺量为14.3%时,长英岩粉的3 d和28 d活性指数分别达到101.9%和85.2%.激发剂掺量为3%时,Ca(OH)_(2)的激发效果优于NaOH和Na_(2)SiO_(3).Ca(OH)_(2)与Na_(2)SiO_(3)的复合激发效果较单掺时更显著,按1∶1和2∶1进行复掺的激发剂使长英岩粉的28 d活性指数分别达到91.5%和98.9%,而且对胶砂试样抗折强度的提升作用也较为明显. Feldspar is a natural material rich in silicon and aluminum.In order to develop it as a supplementary cementitious material of concrete,in this paper the alkaline reagents are used as the activators of feldspar powder to evaluate their activation effects on feldspar powder by the reactivity index and the mechanical properties of mortar specimens.In the range of 14.3%to 33.3%of the CaO dosage,the reactivity index of feldspar powder and the strength of mortar decrease with the increase of its dosage,and when the CaO dosage is 14.3%,the 3 d and 28 d reactivity index of feldspar powder are 101.9%and 85.2%,respectively.Using a dosage of 2%,Ca(OH)_(2) has a better activation effect than NaOH and Na_(2)SiO_(3).The composite activator of Ca(OH)_(2) and Na_(2)SiO_(3) is more significant in improving the reactivity index of feldspar powder than the single activator.When the proportions of Ca(OH)_(2) to Na_(2)SiO_(3) are 1∶1 and 2∶1,the 28 d reactivity index of feldspar powder reaches 91.5%and 98.9%,respectively,and the flexural strength of mortar is also improved significantly.
