干片式快速检测系统在中成药肝损伤初筛中的应用

摘要 目的探究干片式快速检测系统在中成药肝损伤初筛中应用的可行性;评价干片式快速检测系统与全自动生化分析仪检测结果的一致性、相关性。方法应用干片式快速检测系统对2份不同浓度的血清样本分别进行谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶检测,连续重复20次;随机选取2018年7月—2019年7月使用口服中成药制剂的门诊患者200例,同时应用干片式快速检测系统和全自动生化分析仪进行谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶检测,对比、分析两者检测结果。结果干片式快速检测系统精密度良好;干片式快速检测系统与全自动生化分析仪对比,2种检测方法的结果具有一致性(谷丙转氨酶Kappa=0.904>0.75,P≤0.01;谷草转氨酶Kappa=0.980,P≤0.01),且相关性良好(谷丙转氨酶R=0.963>0.9,谷草转氨酶R=0.991>0.9)。结论干片式快速检测系统对谷丙、谷草转氨酶检测准确、快速,且操作方便,患者接受度高,适合应用于中成药肝损伤的初期筛查。 Objective To discuss the adaptability of dry chip rapid detection system in primary screening of liver injury with Chinese patent medicine,and to evaluate the consistency and relevance of the two results that testing by dry chip rapid detection system and rate method of automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods Two serum samples with different concentrations were determined by dry-chip rapid detection system for 20 consecutive repetitive measurements of alanine amiotransferase and aspartate transaminase.200 outpatients using Chinese patent medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were randomly selected.The rapid detection system of dry chip and the rate method of automatic biochemical analyzer were used to detect alanine amiotransferase and aspartate transaminase comparison and analysis of test results.Results The precision of dry chip rapid detection system is good.Compared with the automatic biochemical analyzer,the results of the two methods are consistent,(alanine amiotransferase Kappa=0.904>0.75,P≤0.01 aspartate transaminase Kappa=0.980,P≤0.01)and the correlation is good(alanine amiotransferase R=0.963 aspartate transaminase R=0.991>0.9).Conclusion The drychip rapid detection system is accurate and rapid for the detection of alanine amiotransferase and aspartate transaminase is easy to operate with high patient acceptance,which is feasibility of application in initial screening of liver injury caused by Chinese patent medicine.
