摘要
石油化工工业作为主要污染物排放行业之一,随着国家环保法规、标准的不断严格,降低烟气中的氮氧化物含量已成为各炼化公司亟待解决的问题。文章简要介绍了烟气中NO_(x)产生机理及解决措施,具体分析了某炼化企业烟气NO_(x)的排放情况和针对性改造方案,工艺加热炉采用低氮燃烧器改造方案,燃油蒸汽锅炉和燃气余热锅炉采用SCR技术。通过上述改造,实现了工艺加热炉烟气NO_(x)排放≤100 mg/m^(3)和锅炉烟气NO_(x)排放≤50 mg/m^(3)的目标,在满足环保最新要求的同时降低了运营成本。
Petrochemical industry is one of the main pollutant emission industries.With the national environmental protection laws,regulations and standards becoming more and more rigorous,reducing NO_(x) in flue gas has become an urgent problem of all the refining and chemical companies.This paper briefly introduces the generation mechanism of NO_(x) in flue gas and the solution measures,and specifically analyzes the emission of NO_(x) in flue gas of a refining and chemical company and the targeted revamp made by that enterprise,in which the scheme of low-NO_(x) burners was adopted for the revamp of process heating furnaces and SCR technology was used for the oil fired steam boilers and gas fired waste heat recovery boilers.Through the aforesaid revamp,the targets of flue gas NO_(x) emission≤100 mg/m^(3) for process heating furnaces and flue gas NO_(x) emission≤50 mg/m^(3) for boilers were achieved,the operation cost of the company was reduced,and meanwhile the latest requirements of environmental protection were met.
