摘要
基于常用的钻井液添加剂,优选出了IDH-32、FDL-2、NFG-28、HJK和PE等5种典型添加剂,对其抗温性、生物降解性、毒性及环境效应等主要性能进行实验评价研究,结合5种添加剂初步复配出了一种新型的环保型钻井液添加剂体系。实验结果表明:(1)160℃高温条件下,所选的5种添加剂具备良好的表观黏度及滤失性,且优于低温条件;(2)所有添加剂的EC50值均处于3×10^(6)之上,即远远满足排放标准,处于无毒级别,同时其均具有很强的生物降解性;(3)复配出的钻井液体系w(泥土基浆)4.0%+w(Na OH)0.05%+w(IDH-32)0.3%+w(NFG-28)3.0%+w(HJK)2.0%+w(FDL-2)1.0%+w(PE)3.0%,具备良好的稳定性、易生物降解、无毒、抗污染能力强,且有利于对油气层的保护。
Five typical additives including IDH-32,FDL-2,NFG-28,HJK and PE were selected from commonly used drilling fluid additives.Their main properties of temperature resistance,biodegradability,toxicity and environmental effect were experimentally evaluated.And a new environmentally friendly drilling fluid additive system was initially formulated with the five additives.The results showed that,at 160℃,the five selected additives had good apparent viscosity and fluid loss,which were superior to those at low temperature conditions;The EC50 values of all additives were above 3×10^(6),that was,it met the emission standards far,and was in a non-toxic level,and they were all highly biodegradable;The compounded drilling fluid system was determined as follows:w(soil-based slurry)4.0%+w(Na OH)0.05%+w(IDH-32)0.3%+w(NFG-28)3.0%+w(HJK)2.0%+w(FDL-2)1.0%+w(PE)3.0%.It had good stability and strong anti-pollution ability,and was easy biodegradation,non-toxic,and conducive to protection of oil and gas layers.
