摘要
根据钾的化学形态和植物营养有效性总结土壤中的钾素形态并阐述其循环关系;归纳近5年从不同土壤中分离出来的解钾菌,分析解钾菌的种类、矿物类型和培养基中矿物含量对解钾能力的影响,以及培养基中菌体和上清液的含钾情况;对解钾菌的解钾机理进行探讨,阐明这些微生物介导钾的生物地球化学循环作用的不同机制,包括直接增溶、间接增溶、多糖分泌、矿物表面生物膜的形成;通过分析解钾菌的实际应用现状,展望解钾菌肥的发展前景。
According to the chemical form of potassium and plant nutrition,the form of potassium in the soil was effectively summarized and its cyclic relationship was explained.The potassium solubilizing bacteria isolated from different soils in the past 5 years were summarized,and the effect of the types of potassium bacteria,mineral types and mineral content in the culture medium on the potassium decomposing ability was analyzed and understood,as well as the potassium content of bacteria and supernatant in the culture medium.The potassium releasing mechanism was discussed,and the different mechanisms of biogeochemical cycling effect of these microorganisms mediate potassium were clarified,including direct method of solubilization,indirect method of solubilization,polysaccharides secretion,and biofilm formation.By analyzing the practical application status of potassium solubilizing bacteria,the development prospect of potassium solubilizing bacteria fertilizer was prospected.
