摘要 职业院校开展“三全育人”是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。但职业院校存在育人评价体系还不健全不完善、实践育人效果不佳、后勤服务管理者发挥育人功能不充分不明显、教师与职工育人功能未形成合力等问题,因此,要加强育人队伍培养管理,明确育人责任,优化评价标准,实施全过程实践育人,聚焦全员育人。 It is an important measure to improve the quality of personnel training to carry out“All Three Education”in vocational colleges.But in vocational colleges,such problems exist as imperfect and incomplete education evaluation system,poor effect of practice education and logistics service managers playing an insufficient and not obvious role in educating,no resultant force in the educational function of teachers and staff,etc.Therefore,measures should be taken to strengthen the training and management of education team,clarify the responsibility of education,optimize the evaluation standard,implement the whole process of practical education,and focus on all-staff education.
