富水超基性岩蚀变带隧道施工技术研究

摘要 玉磨铁路安定隧道施工中揭示超基性岩群体侵入,后蚀变严重,岩质掺杂,又遇承压水多种因素交叉影响导致施工中溜塌、突涌、大变形时有发生,造成隧道施工难度极大。为了有效控制隧道施工中的风险,根据现场实际施工经验,通过监控量测、应力值监测等信息化手段寻找支护的薄弱部位,采用加强超前地质预报、喷射混凝土封闭掌子面、超前管棚、大锁脚、双层钢架跳段锁定、等刚度初期支护参数优化等措施,安全快速地通过了富水超基性岩蚀变带地段,既保证了施工工期要求,又积累了较丰富的施工经验,为今后同类工程提供借鉴和参考。 In the construction of Anding Tunnel on Yuxi-Mohan Railway,it is revealed that the project exists ultra-basic rock group invading,serious post alteration and doped properties of rock.In addition,it also exists many factors such as confined water,which leads to collapse,surge and large deformation in construction,therefore the tunnel construction is very difficult.In order to effectively control the risk in the tunnel construction,this paper is based on the actual construction experience to find out the weak parts of tunnel support by the means of information technology such as monitoring and measuring as well as stress value monitoring,and adopts many measures such as strengthened geological prediction,sealing the tunnel face by shotcreting,shed-pipe advanced support,big lock,double steel jumping lock and majorizing constant rate preliminary bracing parameter.All the measures above not only guarantee the construction crossing section of the rich water,ultra-basic rock group invading and serious post alteration,but also guarantee the construction period and gather rich construction experiences.It can provide references for the similar projects in the future.
