摘要
建立了应用扩散分离-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定土壤样品中氯(Cl)的含量的分析方法,通过测定4个土壤标准物质(GBW07423、GBW07450、GBW07389、GBW07390)中氯的含量,测定值与标准值基本吻合,得出方法的检出限为1.61×10^(-6),相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%,加标回收率在93.8%~106.5%之间。此方法操作简单、快速,实验结果准确、可靠,适合土壤样品中氯分析测定。
A method is established for the determination of chlorine in soil samples by diffusion separation and ICP-MS. The chlorine contents in four standard reference substances(including GBW07423, GBW07450, GBW07389 and GBW07390)are also determined according to this way. The method detection limit is 1.61×10^(-6), the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 5%, and the standard recovery rate are between 93.8%~106.5%. The method is simple and fast, the analysis result is quite accurate and reliable, and it is a good method for the determination of chlorine in soil samples.
