摘要
目的探讨给予接受化疗的子宫内膜癌患者认知行为治疗干预后患者的疼痛及情绪的变化。方法选取我院180例子宫内膜癌辅助化疗的患者,依据掷币法分为常规护理组90例及认知心理组90例,常规护理组患者在化疗期间应用常规临床护理模式进行干预,认知心理组增加认知心理行为模式,对比干预后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪、自尊感、疼痛及睡眠质量改变。结果认知心理组SAS、PSQI、SDS、VAS、RSES反向评分低于常规护理组,RSES正向评分高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预模式能够有效提升辅助化疗的子宫内膜癌患者自尊水平,纠正不良情绪,减轻疼痛,改善睡眠质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavior model on anxiety,depression and pain in receiving chemotherapy patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 180 patients with endometrial cancer adjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into the conventional nursing group(n=90)and the cognitive psychology group(n=90)according to the coin toss method. Patients in the conventional nursing group were intervened with conventional clinical nursing mode during chemotherapy. Cognitive mental behavior patterns were added to the cognitive psychology group,and the changes in anxiety,depression,self-esteem,pain and sleep quality were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The reverse scores of SAS,PSQI,SDS,VAS,and RSES in the cognitive psychology group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group,and the positive RSES score was higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusion The cognitive behavior model can effectively improve the self-esteem level of endometrial cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,improve bad mood states,relieve pain,and sleep quality.
