摘要
论文在通过改变积层板中玻璃纤维含量提出的玻璃钢渔船的轻量化设计方案基础上,根据材料试验结果重新定义了船体积层板轻量化设计流程,再次优化玻璃钢渔船船体结构,并与之前研究结果进行比较分析。研究结果显示:考虑实际的玻璃钢强度性能定义的设计流程,纤维含量在0.47时,玻璃钢渔船获得最大的减重效果,与基于意大利船级社(RINA)设计规范中的玻璃钢强度性能理论估算结果相比,纤维含量减少17%,船体总重共减少27%。另外,当通过优化纤维含量来减轻玻璃钢船体结构的重量时,考虑理论强度性能估算式中未体现的原材料特性和铺层设计等因素也十分重要。
Small vessels such as glass-fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)fishing boats and pleasure yachts,which make up the majority of coastal ships,and account for a significant proportion of the greenhouse gas emissions,and thus the weight reduction of GFRP structures is also becoming important.The authors had proposed a lightweight design for a GFRP fishing boat by changing the E-glass fiber weight fraction(glass content,Gc)based on the international design rules.In this study,based on the previously proposed algorithm,the lightweight-laminate design was redefined by considering mechanical properties of e-glass fiber and resin matrix used in fabrication and the material test results of laminates made of them,and the lightweight-simulation results were compared with the previous studies.As a result,the algorithm considering the mechanical properties of GFRP laminates was able to confirm the optimal weight reduction effect when Gc is 0.47,which could reduce the weight of glass fibers by about 17%compared to that when using the design rules,and it was also confirmed that the total weight of hull structures can be reduced by about 27%.Besides,the importance of taking into account the characteristics of raw materials,fabric combinations,etc.,that was not considered in the estimation formula of the rules,was confirmed.
