电动机星角变换技术的抽油机应用研究

摘要 文中研究一种极低成本的抽油机节能技术,电机星角变换技术应用于抽油机的节能原理,应用场景、方法以及节能效果。首先通过生产现场的实际井况分析,星角变换技术适用于平均负载率小于15%的抽油机井,符合调整的抽油机比例大,达35%左右。其次通过实验室效率试验及标准抽油机井现场试验表明,在低负载条件下,将电机接线方式改为星接,不仅可以节约有功,而且可以提高功率因数,综合节电率为10%左右。而且星角变换技术简单,投资小,后期维护简单,适合油田低成本发展战略。 This paper studies a very low cost pumping unit energy saving technology,motor star Angle conversion technology applied to the pumping unit energy saving principle,application scene,method and energy saving effect.First of all,through the analysis of the actual well condition in the production site,the star Angle transformation technology is suitable for the pumping Wells with average load rate less than 15%,and the proportion of pumping units conforming to the adjustment is as large as 35%.Secondly,the laboratory efficiency test and the field test of standard pumping unit well show that,under the condition of low load,the motor wiring mode is changed to star connection,not only can save the active power,but also can improve the power factor,and the comprehensive power saving rate is about 10%.And star Angle transformation technology is simple,investment is small,the late maintenance is simple,suitable for the oil field low cost development strategy.
